ROOTLE VOCONV PRIVATE LIMITED (“Rootle”) provides cloud-based Voice AI services. We do not ship physical products.

1. Nature of Delivery

  • All Rootle services are delivered digitally.

  • There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved.

  • Services are accessed through online accounts, APIs, dashboards, or integrations.

2. Service Activation

  • Service activation timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Activation may include account setup, configuration, or onboarding.

  • Timelines may vary based on the selected plan, customization, and compliance checks.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once:

    • Account access is enabled, or

    • APIs / services are activated, or

    • Login credentials or confirmation is sent to the registered email ID.

4. Delays

Rootle is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customer-side dependencies

    • Incomplete information or approvals

    • Third-party integrations or service providers

    • Force majeure events

5. Geographic Availability

  • Our services are available for both domestic and international customers.

  • Delivery is independent of customer location since services are digital.
