4. Intellectual Property Rights

Rootle.ai, its design, models, workflows, branding, and technology belong to Rootle Voconv Private Limited. You get usage rights, not ownership rights.
You cannot copy, clone, or replicate our systems.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using the platform legally

  • Keeping your account secure

  • Following all setup and usage guidelines

  • Complying with data protection laws

  • Notifying us if you face issues

Limitations

Refunds are not offered for:

Rootle uses AI models for voice and chat interactions. AI responses may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete. You must review critical outputs before acting on them. You are responsible for verifying the final results.

  • Device and browser details

  • Error reports

  • Voice or chat inputs you provide
