ROOTLE VOCONV PRIVATE LIMITED (“Rootle”) provides cloud-based Voice AI services. We aim to be fair and transparent with our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy

Our services are digital and subscription-based.

Once a subscription is activated, cancellation requests are not accepted.

Setup fees, onboarding charges, and usage-based credits are non-cancellable once work has started.

You may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing cycle.
2. No Physical Goods

Rootle does not sell physical or perishable items.

All services are delivered digitally through our platform.
3. Refund Policy

Payments made for subscriptions, setup, onboarding, or usage are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for partial usage, unused minutes, or early termination.

If a payment is made in error (duplicate payment or technical issue), it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Service Issues

If you face a technical issue caused directly by Rootle’s platform, please contact our support team.

We will investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds will only be considered if the issue is verified and cannot be reasonably fixed.
5. Billing Disputes

Any billing-related concern must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
