Cancellation & Refund Policy

ROOTLE VOCONV PRIVATE LIMITED (“Rootle”) provides cloud-based Voice AI services. We aim to be fair and transparent with our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Our services are digital and subscription-based.

  • Once a subscription is activated, cancellation requests are not accepted.

  • Setup fees, onboarding charges, and usage-based credits are non-cancellable once work has started.

  • You may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing cycle.

2. No Physical Goods

  • Rootle does not sell physical or perishable items.

  • All services are delivered digitally through our platform.

3. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for subscriptions, setup, onboarding, or usage are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage, unused minutes, or early termination.

  • If a payment is made in error (duplicate payment or technical issue), it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Issues

  • If you face a technical issue caused directly by Rootle’s platform, please contact our support team.

  • We will investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue is verified and cannot be reasonably fixed.

5. Billing Disputes

  • Any billing-related concern must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
